Villa del Paraiso is about a 30 minute drive from the border. Once in Mexico, you'll take the toll roads and enjoy the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. The cost for the toll roads is approximately $8 - $10 round trip.
The best airport to fly into would be San Diego International Airport. A more expensive option would be into Mexico directly, Tijuana International Airport. Shuttle Service or Taxis will be necessary to get to Rosarito!

*Vila del Paraiso highly recommends this transportation company. When scheduling say that you will be a guest at a wedding at Villa del Paraiso.
When crossing the border back and forth between Baja and San Diego, you’ll need to have a valid passport or other acceptable identification handy. When entering the United States, U.S. citizens are required to show passport, U.S. passport card, Trusted Traveler Program card (NEXUS, SENTRI, Global Entry or FAST) or an Enhanced Driver's License. Resident aliens must possess a green card. Knowing which ID to bring depends upon your method of travel (air, land, or sea).
Voter's registration card, military ID, driver's license and social security cards are not considered valid forms of citizenship identification.
We recommend a Friday or Saturday arrival and a Monday departure. The border will be less busy on a Monday but you can cross the border earlier if you don’t want to wait until Monday. If you have a Global Entry or a Sentri card please bring them. They will speed up the border crossing process.
Those of you in the wedding party will have to arrive no later than Friday afternoon to attend the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.
